Some explanation. "Cos Ha-Emek" ("The Cup of the Valley") sounds like "Cus Emek" which is strong swearing in Hebrew. I won't translate it literally but it refers to definite part of one's mother's body.
In Conclusion : Great name for coffee shop somewhere in Afula, the city placed in lowland region of Israel : )
