"Chai-Tech"
"Chai" is the word is made up of two letters of the Hebrew alphabet - Chet (ח) and Yod (י), forming the word "chai", meaning "alive", or "living". The most common spelling in Latin script is "Chai", but the word is occasionally also spelled "Hai". The usual modern pronunciation of this word is [χai̯], while a transcription of the Biblical and Mishnaic pronunciation would have likely been [ħai̯] (with a pharyngeal consonant).
(from Wikipedia)
Actually it may work also as "Chailights", "Chai-Fi" etc...

אחלה שם לחנות תופים : )
מסעדה איטלקית לאלה שלא כל-כך אכפת להם : )
"Ha Lazania Sheli" ("My Lazania") sounds almost like "Al Ha Zain Sheli" which means "I don't care", but.....literally means "on my penis". So, it may be an excellent name for some restaurant......but actually I can't imagine the person who would give to his/her restaurant name like this : )

אחלה שם לבית-קפה, נגיד, בעפולה

Some explanation. "Cos Ha-Emek" ("The Cup of the Valley") sounds like "Cus Emek" which is strong swearing in Hebrew. I won't translate it literally but it refers to definite part of one's mother's body.
In Conclusion : Great name for coffee shop somewhere in Afula, the city placed in lowland region of Israel : )
